We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand our reach globally.

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India, including remote areas. However, delivery times may vary based on your location.

Standard Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Other Areas: 5-8 business days
  • Cost: ₹100 (Free on orders above ₹2,000)

Express Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: ₹200
  • Availability: Limited to select pin codes

Same Day Delivery

  • Available in: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune
  • Order by: 12:00 PM for same day delivery
  • Cost: ₹300
  • Delivery window: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 24 hours
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: 7-10 business days processing time
Embroidered Items: 5-7 business days processing time

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package using this number on our website or the courier partner's website.

How to Track Your Order

  2. Visit our 'Track Order' page or the courier website
  3. Enter your tracking number to see real-time updates
  4. You'll receive SMS updates at key delivery milestones

Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours.

First Attempt: Delivery attempted at provided address
Second Attempt: Delivery reattempted next business day
Third Attempt: Final delivery attempt with phone call
Return to Sender: Package returned if all attempts fail

Special Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout to help our delivery partners locate your address easily.

Examples of helpful instructions:

  • "Ring the doorbell twice"
  • "Deliver to the security guard if no one is home"
  • "Call before delivery"
  • "Building entrance is from the back side"

Packaging

All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to deliver everywhere in India, there are some limitations:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
  • Some remote areas may have extended delivery times
  • Cash on Delivery may not be available in all pin codes
  • Same day and express delivery are limited to select cities
  • Heavy items (above 5kg) may incur additional shipping charges

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

What to do:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged package/items
  3. Keep all packaging materials
  4. We'll arrange for replacement or refund

Holiday Shipping

During festival seasons and holidays, shipping times may be extended due to high order volumes and courier partner schedules.

Festival Season: Add 2-3 extra days to standard delivery times
National Holidays: No processing or delivery on public holidays
Advance Orders: Place orders early during festival seasons
